Celebrating success
Our All Stars programme celebrates the exceptional contributions from individuals and teams across the Group. This year, we received more than 700 nominations recognising excellence in customer service, sustainability, innovation, teamwork and supporting others. The quality and passion behind every entry showcased the incredible work happening across all our teams, every day.
Progress on diversity
We continue to make progress on gender and ethnic diversity across senior leadership. We aim for 40% female representation in our Senior Management Team by 2030 and we’ve set an ethnicity target for senior leadership by FY27. We’re also ranked among the top three FTSE 100 companies for year-on-year progress (FTSE Women Leaders Review 2025).
